Can KKDM be branded as our own product?
Yes. KKDM is fully white-label. We deploy a tenant for you with your logo, brand colours, subdomain and isolated data store. Your end-users only ever see your brand — not ours.
Do we need NFC tags? Can we use QR codes instead?
NFC is recommended for the field-app experience and is what KKDM is optimised for. QR fallback can be enabled for environments where NFC is impractical.
Is our data safe and where does it live?
KKDM runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with daily backups, 24/7 monitoring and isolated tenant storage — your data never sits next to another customer’s. Hosting region can be matched to your compliance requirements on request.
How are users and permissions managed?
KKDM uses role-based access. Each user has a role and department, and document repositories support per-user permission grants. Sites and projects further scope what a user can see.
Can the system adapt to our processes?
Yes — that’s the whole point. Workflows, intake forms and approval stages are configurable, not hard-coded. As your business changes, the platform changes with you, with no expensive rework.
